Welcome ♥

In the online world, people call me Rea Ninja.

In 2009, I started my career in the BPO industry as a customer service specialist, subject matter expert, and coach, then I eventually became a lead trainer. I left the corporate world after 7 years to fulfill my dream of working remotely.

In 2016, I became a freelancer and worked as a digital content creator/manager/marketer. While working remotely, I wanted to have a platform to continue being a trainer and educate people for free so I created a YouTube channel where I housed all my training videos. Fast forward to today, I’m still doing it!

Before I started in the workforce, I was already an avid writer – starting and building several personal blogs until they became an income-generating hobby for me. When I left my corporate job, I first worked as a content and copywriter, and since then, I’ve developed an intense liking for creating meaningful and valuable content.

On my YouTube channel, I talk a lot about career and personal development.

On the business side, I love helping businesses (my family and friends, too!) supercharge their brand and increase leads through impactful digital content.

As a Project Consultant

I typically work on a variety of projects in marketing and client experience. Some of my special projects include helping companies start and build a contact center team in the Philippines. Learning from my BPO experience, I understand how important it is to take good care of customers/clients and give them the best experience in every touchpoint they have with the company. This aspect of my experience also helps me perform my marketing roles with more clarity and intention.

Think we can work together or collaborate on projects? Let’s connect and make the world a better place.

Fun Facts ♥

I'm part of YouTube NextUp.
In 2019, I was chosen to be 1 of the 12 winners of 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗧𝘂𝗯𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗨𝗽 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗮 when I only had about 46k+ subscribers. YouTube NextUp is YouTube's national and global competition for promising YouTube content creators. I was given the opportunity to learn from some of the best YouTube experts during our 1-week Creator Camp and got coached and mentored by a Google Strategic Partner Manager for one year.

I have a YouTube Channel.

Currently, my main YouTube channel has over 255k+ subscribers. My channel has allowed me to build an impact to a community I care about and be known for what I do, then eventually allowed me to monetize my expertise. Unknowingly, my would-be clients were watching, and since then, I'd work as a freelance consultant to foreign businesses looking to build their customer service teams in the Philippines.

I have a personal blog.

In college (2007), my professor in Aesthetics class asked us to write a reflection "paper" on a blog. That was my first taste of WordPress. As an avid writer, I got addicted to blogging that I went on to create multiple blogs over the years. Currently, I only maintain one - a travel blog for chill travelers like me. Check out Blissful Snapshots on the web.

I work remotely.

Even before the pandemic, I was already working remotely as a freelancer. As an introvert traveler, remote work has allowed me to work on projects I love wherever I am. It also helped me become more disciplined and mindful of my time. I thrive very well when I'm given space to work by myself in a place where I feel at peace the most.

I live in the Philippines.

I'm a Filipina living in the Philippines with my husband and son.

I love books & travel.

I find comfort and thrill in reading and traveling solo (and sometimes with friends).
